Zachary Wagner was born in Pasadena, California, and raised in Monrovia, California. In 2019, Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of Southern California, where he majored in Philosophy, Politics and Law. Mr. Wagner graduated from Southwestern Law School in May 2022. While in law school, Mr. Wagner received top-tier grades in Civil Procedure I and II, Constitutional Law I and II, Employment Discrimination, Legal Profession, National Security Law, Contracts, and Criminal Procedure. Additionally, Mr. Wagner placed in the top ten as an oralist during the Moot Court Intramural Competition and secured a spot in the Moot Court Honors Program. During his second year, his team competed at the Charleston Law School Moot Court Competition, where they took second place. After his second year, he spent the summer externing for the Honorable Amy Pellman, now Supervising Judge of the Family Law Division in Los Angeles County. He became the Scoring Chair on the Board for Southwestern’s Moot Court Program and competed in the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition during his third year. In July 2022, Mr. Wagner sat for and successfully passed the California Bar Exam. In August of 2022, Mr. Wagner was hired as a Law Clerk at Reisner & King, LLP and promoted to Associate Attorney upon being sworn into the California Bar. Mr. Wagner now handles cases involving employee harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, along with wage and hour.
